Step One
Sign Up For A OSGA Membership:
You must be an Ontario Senior Games Association Member to participate in the games and District Five Tournaments. All NEW members are requested to register, sign the waiver form and pay their annual $15 participant/membership fee online. Returning members log into your account to renew your membership. Cost $15.
Step Two
Register:
The cost for each sport/game activity is $3.00. You can participate in as many different sports as you wish. There is an additional $15.00 fee for bowling and $50.00 for golf. You can register online or download the form and register by mail through Canada Post. No refunds will be issued after payment is made.
Step Three
Payment and Registration by e-mail:

Send your etransfer payment. In the message box, identify the events you are paying for.
In a separate email send your completed registration form.
